Why my offer is not running?

If you don't find the offers working, here are some common reasons that cause the situation.

1. BOGOS is not activated in your theme
First of all, please check if BOGOS app is activated yet. If not, you will see a yellow warning in the top of your app dashboard. Please then click at Enable BOGOS and we will redirect you to the theme settings to activate BOGOS.


2. Your XHR cart/drawer cart needs more integration with BOGOS
BOGOS app works by checking the cart content, and adding the gift based on that. If your cart has been customized a little, then we would need to work on further integration so the gifts show up correctly.

3. The gift is out of stock
Please go to Settings > Gift inventory management and check your current settings about the inventory first.
If you enable "When the gift is out of stock - Stop the offer", then the gifts selected must have some inventory for the offer to run well. Please go back to your Shopify Admin and fulfill the inventory.
