How do I limit the gift stock?
Our app works by cloning the selected gift products. If a product is chosen to be a gift, there will be one original variant and one 100$ OFF cloned products.
To adjust how the gift stock is managed, please go to our app Setting, in the Gift inventory management section, enable Sync gift products' quantity with original products' quantity or Input gift product's inventory manually:
Sync gift products’ quantity with original products’ quantity: The 100% OFF cloned gift products will not be tracked. It will reduce directly to the original product stock. When stock runs out, the offer will stop.
When the gift is out of stock, stop the offer: When the number of original products run out, the offer automatically stops
When the gift is out of stock, continue selling: When the number of original products run out, the offer still continues.
Input gift product's inventory manually: You can go to your Products section in Shopify and manually fill in the stock for 100% OFF cloned gift products. When the 100% OFF cloned gift product runs out, the offer will stop.
