Create a Buy 1 get 1 free (BOGO)
Create a Buy 1 get 1 free offer (buy 2 get 2, buy 3 get 3 and so on)
Open the app, click at Create offer
Fill in general information of the offer:
Offer title: the offer name for you to discriminate among other offers.
Start time + End time: Set the duration of your offer by date and hour.
Cart message to motivate customers: Set a motive message to display on the cart page of your customers. (E.g: Buy a mobile phone, get a FREE pair of earphones worth $10!)
Priority: Small number means greater priority
Stop lower priority: Offers with priority 2, 3,... will be stopped if customers meet the condition of this offer 1
Click at Add main condition > choose Specific product condition > Add this section
Set the Number of products that customers should buy to receive gifts (E.g: Fill 1)
Multiply gifts with number of products: This feature allows customers get more gifts as they buy more products (E.g: Buy 1 get 1 > Buy 2 get 2 > Buy 3 get 3…)
Click at Select product to choose products as condition of the offer.
You can also narrow the products by Types, Vendors, Collections. Customers purchasing 1 product from the selected Types/Vendors/Collections will get gift.
Set the gift discount percentage from 1% to 100% (E.g: 100% if you want the gift to be free)
Number of gifts customer will receive: Set the number of gift that customer can get when meet the condition (E.g: Set 1)
Click at Select gifts button to choose gift items for the offer
Click at Publish to immediately publish your offer on your online store.
Click Save draft if you want to save the offer setup first, but not publish it yet.
